Stany started his directorial career working for national French Broadcast TV, as a Journalist reporter.
Later on he started an international acting career in leading roles in movies such as "The Red Eagle" and "El Principe" in Spain, "La Vie Pure" and "Toussaint Louverture" in France or "Death In Paradise" in UK and "Rosemary's Baby" in the USA.
Also Coppet co-produced along with Steven Adams and Steven Soderbergh the solo performance "Who Killed Bob Marley" by Roger Guenveur Smith in Los Angeles.
With the support of Spike Lee, Stany Coppet produced and directed "From Slavery To Freedom" starring Dolores Chaplin, Kasi Lemmons and Vondie Curtis Hall.
Coppet is also the script writer and coproducer on the feature film "La Vie Pure".
Stany Coppet is the founder of NewArts Entertainment.
He is an actor, producer, script writer and director.
